KSR International forms joint
venture with Tri Corp Design
Southfield, Mich. –KSR International, an industry leader in the supply
of adjustable brake pedals, fixed brake pedals, electronic throttle control
units, and remote latches has formed a joint venture with the Troy, Michigan
based Tri Corp Design. The deal
was effective on September 28. The
new company will be called Tri Corp Technologies.
Tri
Corp Technologies is a design, engineering and recruiting firm that
specializes in mechanical assembly applications.
Tri Corp has completed projects for Ford, DaimlerChrysler, GM, Land
Rover and Toyota.
Janan
Darancou will become president of Tri Corp Technologies.
Ken Brosamer is named as vice president.
Darancou and Brosamer were the former owners of Tri Corp Design.
Fred Zicard, chief operating officer of KSR International said, “Tri
Corp Technologies will bring a critical Detroit element of overall capability
for KSR, complimenting our engineering centers in Canada and England. Given
the current economic situation KSR sees this environment as an opportunity for
growth. Tri Corp will fit in
perfectly with the KSR business model as well as be an added engineering
resource for OEMs and suppliers.”
