Our innovation in pedal control systems includes the development of proprietary sensors systems. The KSR methodology for the design of our patented non-contacting sensors is straightforward: Simple is Best! The KSR sensor uses ratio-metric technology, which is robust and flexible enough to meet our customer’s requirements in the most complex environments. We have designed the world’s most compact electronic module (ASIC) containing only 2000 transistors, yet this small design is still highly adaptable due to a large range of calibration. The sensor is as simple as an analogue divider but highly scalable from small to large angles as well as short to long linear capabilities.

The KSR sensor technology is well suited for all vehicle applications from ETC pedals, to throttle position sensors to linear applications, and transmission sensors. Currently, our engineering and design team is working with OEMs to discover new types of applications for the KSR sensor technology.
